Bare infinitive যুক্ত sentence কে passive করতে obj.কে sub + was + verb3 + to + verb + obj + by + sub এর objective form হয়।

Affirmative বাক্যে only দ্বারা সংখ্যা নির্দেশ করলে negative করার সময় not more than + সংখ্যাবাচক word বসে।

As well as এর পূর্বের noun/pronoun বাক্যের subject হয়।

শব্দটি কেটে দাও - এর ইংরেজি হলো pen through the word। কেননা pen through something অর্থ কোনো কিছু কেটে দেয়া।

Past indefinite tense indirect narration - এ past perfect tense - এ রুপান্তরিত হয়। আর reported speech - এর sub first person হলে তা reporting verb - এর sub অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হয়। সুতরাং প্রদত্ত বাক্যটির indirect narration : He said that he had gone to Tangail.
