How to delete your account and data

At Sopno MCQ, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

1Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Sopno MCQ app on your device.
  2. Go to the Profile or Settings section.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

2Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

  • Send an email to [email protected].
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  • Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Important Note

Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your saved exams, progress, profile details, and personal data will be irrecoverably erased from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy. You will not be able to recover your account once the deletion is processed.
